The Brew House is a traditional three bedroom Cotswold stone cottage that has been beautifully renovated throughout. Set within the pretty market town of Chipping Campden, the cottage is packed full of character and charm and can comfortably sleep up to 6 guests, making it the ideal place to stay if you are looking for a relaxing break in The Cotswolds. The open plan living/dining area is light and welcoming and is furnished with two contemporary sofas, a TV and an oak topped dining table with seating for up to 6 guests. Many original features including, oak beams, exposed stonework and an inglenook fireplace with a wood burning stove combine to create a cosy and comfortable ambience. The fully equipped kitchen benefits from a solid oak floor, exposed beams and stonework and a range of light contemporary units fitted with solid granite worktops, there is also an integrated dishwasher, washer/dryer and a fridge/freezer, as well as a feature inglenook fireplace which contains a Smeg oven and hob.

The Brew House has 3 guest bedrooms. Located on the first floor, is Bedroom 1 which has been furnished with a comfortable king-sized bed, oak bedroom furniture and a flatscreen TV, this lovely, light and airy room also has exposed oak beams, a stone fireplace, a built-in cupboard and feature window seat set beneath the stone window. Bedroom 2 has been furnished with two single beds, this cosy room also benefits from exposed oak beams and a feature stone fireplace. The family bathroom is also located on the first floor and has been fitted with a fabulous Italian suite, that compromises of a walk-in shower, large hand basin and toilet. The third bedroom on the second floor, can be accessed via a door just off the first floor landing which then leads to steep staircase onto the second floor. This beautiful en-suite bedroom is set within the eaves of the cottage and benefits from views over the Church, it has been furnished with an oak-framed king-sized bed, bedroom furniture and a flatscreen TV. The large ensuite bathroom has also been fitted with a contemporary Italian suite and compromises of a bath, hand basin and a toilet. The cottage does not have a garden or outside space, but free on-street parking is available for guests.

Surrounded by beautiful Cotswold countryside, Chipping Campden is a small market town situated in the heart of The Cotswolds and has a wide range of tea rooms, local shops, pubs and restaurants. The High Street and most of the town have been designated a conservation area to ensure the preservation of the beautiful historical buildings, including the Market Hall which was built in 1627 to provide shelter for the local market traders, who sold their cheese, poultry and butter from under its canopy.
