1 Home Piece cottage is a wonderfully presented barn conversion set within the peaceful grounds of a traditional Cotswold farm surrounded by panoramic views of the Cotswold countryside. This charming Cottage with underfloor heating, boasts single floor living (no staircases) with easy access via the ground floor and has been very tastefully furnished and decorated throughout. The cosy living room is light and bright with comfortable seating, a wall mounted Smart TV and a wood-burner (a basket of logs is provided between November & April). It also enjoys lovely views over the fields through the large picture windows. The Farmhouse Kitchen is fully equipped with high quality soft cream cupboards, a large range cooker and a dining table that can seat up to 4 guests, it also benefits from countryside views though the full length windows.

There are two guest bedrooms, one double bedroom with a King Sized bed and one twin room with two single beds. Both of the bedrooms are light and airy featuring high ceilings, exposed beams and modern furnishings with crisp white bed linen. The family bathroom has a shower over the bath, basin and a toilet, and also contains the washing machine. The garden area has views over the open countryside, a patio area with outdoor seating, a charcoal BBQ and a shed that can be used to store guest bicycles. There is also off road parking for guests.
